Delete your Ballmark account
In the app
- Open Ballmark and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings, then Delete account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out. This can't be undone.
If you run a league that still has players in it, the app will ask you to hand it over to another player, or end it, first.
No longer have the app?
Email hello@ballmark.ca from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete your account within 30 days.
What's deleted
- Your sign-in (email and password).
- Your name, home area and profile.
- Your date of birth, gender, level answers and goals.
- A parent or guardian's email, your availability, favourite courts, notifications, notification settings and push tokens.
- The contact details of any guests you added to a league.
What's kept, without your name
- Your match results, ratings, league entries, standings and titles stay, shown as "Deleted player", so your opponents' records and levels stay correct.
- Notes and photos you added to a score dispute stay only until that dispute is resolved, then they're deleted. If it's already resolved, they're deleted straight away.
Deleted information may remain in our providers' backups or logs for a short time before it's removed. See the Privacy Policy for more.
